How we process the data you leave us through the forms on politica.irvola.com: sign-up and contact requests.

What data we process

• What you enter in the forms: full name, email, company or organisation and, if you provide them, phone, role and message.
• If you sign up, the password you choose: we store it only as an encrypted hash, never in clear text.
• Technical data about the request, such as the IP address, needed to protect the forms from abuse and automated submissions.

Why we process it

To create and activate your Irvola Politica account, reply to your requests and show you the service. We don’t use it for any other purpose and we don’t sell it.

Legal basis

Your request: processing is needed to reply to you and to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

Fields marked * are required: without them we can’t create the account or reply. The others are optional.

Where it is kept and for how long

On our own server in Europe. Only the Relive Communication staff handling it can read it. If the account is not activated, or if you only asked to be contacted, we keep it for 24 months, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the service [DA CONFERMARE].

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format, object to processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to [DA CONFERMARE]. If you believe your data is not processed correctly, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
